COVID -19 UPDATE

The Gilbert Town Council has adopted an emergency order requiring the wearing of face coverings in public. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the availability of face masks at our facility due to the shortage of face masks at the stores. We ask you to please bring a face mask with you.

We are so excited to announce that International Room Escape will reopen on Monday, June 1st.  We can’t wait to see you again!!

 

Since International Room Escape opened its doors in Gilbert, AZ, our games have been a private experience for your guests, you never play a room with strangers and you will never pay extra for this service. We will continue serving our guest with our private rooms.

 

It has been a common practice at International Room Escape to sanitize the games between groups as well as sanitize common areas like doorknobs, light switches, props, lobby furniture, etc. The health and safety of our guests is of utmost importance to us and we are committed to it. We have taken extra measurements to further protect our guests and staff.

 

  • Online bookings must be made at least 1 hour in advance. Game masters will only be on site for scheduled games.

  • We are not accepting walk-ins at this time.

  • Bookings will require a minimum of 4 players.

  • We have staggered the start times of all our games.

  • If you don't see the game or time slot that you want, send us an email or give us a call... we'll do our best to make it work! 

  • Only one group will be entering our facilities at one time. In case you arrive early and see a group in the lobby, please wait outside until the lobby is clear. Please be advised that you will enter thru the lobby door and will be exiting thru the back door after your game.

  • Payments are made online at the time of booking. If for some reason we agree that you make the payment onsite, we request that use a credit card. If you need to pay cash, we will accept exact change only.

  • Hand sanitizer is available to all our guests. Please use it as you enter the game and as you exit.

  • Disposable gloves are available for customer use if desired.

  • When you receive your booking confirmation email, you will process your check in. Check in will also be available onsite via QR code using your own device.

  • The rules and game scenario will be presented to you in the room thru our video broadcast just before your adventure starts.

  • 6ft space between your group and our game masters will be maintained.

  • Game masters will be required to stay home if they show any signs of sickness.

  • Please reschedule your game if you are feeling ill. We will be glad to work with you to reschedule your adventure.

    • Please email (info@roomescapeaz.com) or call us (480-248-6837) to reschedule your game (no charge if you notify us 24+ hours in advance), but will assess a $15 rebooking fee for any games cancelled with less than 24 hours notice since staff will have already been scheduled to run your game.

 

If we need to close because of COVID 19, we will reschedule your game for a later date at no charge.
